Shipping/ Returns

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

When your order is place before 5pm that day, we will ship the next day. Goods are sent via Australia Post their chosen partners using the eParcel service. All Domestic orders will have the option for no tracking to provide a reasonable shipping priceAll prices for shipping are estimated based on weight and are provided at checkout through Australia Post.

International Shipping (Outside of Australia) 

To ensure each customer receives their WoodHood, we require tracking for all international orders as this tracking fee is inclusive with the shipping cost.  

Duties

The duty fees are determined and applied based on the destination country. Because of this, we are unable to advise on what duty fees may apply, however, it is recommended that you contact the customs service within the destination country. 

Returns/ Exchanges

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • Has a manufacturer fault
  • Is unsafe
  • If the item appears significantly different from the sample or description

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. If you have an issue with your product, please return to our P.O. Box listed below including its corresponding receipt! It will be your responsibility to pay for shipping for all returns/ exchanges.
