COVID-19
Due to COVID-19 all shipping domestically and internationally has been impacted. Due to the cancellation of an increasing number of international flights and country specific lockdowns, overseas transit times may be delayed. Please follow all distributor service updates to know how COVID may impact the delivery of your order.

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia, USA and UK)
We charge a flat fee rate of $5 to send anywhere in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. All orders will be charged in USD at check-out but will convert to $5 in your currency (bank coversion fees not included). All orders placed before 5pm EDT, GMT or AEST will be shipped out the next working day. Orders within the United States are sent via Sendle who utilises USPS and will take approximately 6-10 working days. Orders within Australia are sent via registered Australia Post and will take approximately 6-10 working days. Orders within UK are sent via Registered Royal Mail and will take approximatley 6-10 working days. Delivery times may be impacted by COVID-19.
International Shipping (Outside of Australia, USA and UK)
We charge a flat fee of $10 to send to Europe and Canada. All orders will be charged in USD at checkout but will covert to $10 in your currrency (bank coversion fees not included). For all other countries, we charge $14.50 USD at checkout. All orders placed before 5pm EDT or AEST will be shipped out the next working day. Goods will be sent via tracked courier with signature on arrival. Dependent on your location, delivery can take anywhere between 12 to 30 days. Delivery times may be impacted by COVID-19.
Duties
The duty fees are determined and applied based on the destination country. Because of this, we are unable to advise on what duty fees may apply to you, however, it is recommended that you contact the customs service within the destination country.
Packaging
Our packaging is discreet and not branded. The product comes in a cotton calico bag. This bag may be wrapped in plastic for weather-proofing for domestic orders. Sender details are limited to a PO Box address.
Our shipping and packaging policy follows environmentally sustainable methods. All international and domestic delivery partners are 100% carbon neutral. Any plastic parcel bags used is from a reused source. Where new shipping packaging must be used, WoodHoods chooses compostable alternatives.
Returns/Exchanges
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- Has a manufacturer fault
- Is unsafe
- If the item appears significantly different from the sample or description
- it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
- it is significantly different from the sample or description
- it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
- it doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or it is unsafe.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. If you have an issue with your product you may return it to your nearest WoodHoods warehouse and include proof of purchase. It will be your responsibility to pay for shipping for all returns/ exchanges.
