WoodHoods are a small, Brisbane, Australia based company founded in 2018. We want to thank you for your interest in stocking our unique products. Please read the below information and terms and contact us via email so that we can send you our latest catalogue and order forms. Orders can be submitted via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
- $200 minimum for opening order.
- $0 minimum for reorders.
Payment required up front. Order will be dispatched upon receipt of payment in full via bank transfer.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All stock can be returned and exchanged for new stock at any time. Refunds will be provided only for damaged stock on arrival. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
TURNAROUND AND SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Brisbane, Australia via Courier or Australia Post. Please advise if you require special shipping arrangements. Any duties or customs fees incurred are your responsibility. Shipping costs are charged at the time of order and will be included on your final invoice. Our standard turnaround time to dispatch is 3-5 business days after receipt of order (depending on day and time payment is made). All domestic orders will take 10 working days to arrive.
Some items will be available for pre-orders with the estimated ship date. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped in full when the pre-ordered items become available. If you would like to split your order, please note that additional shipping charges will apply. Please advise when confirming the orders.
Occasionally items may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back-ordered and we will ship out all the in-stock items. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise. You will have the opportunity to proceed with the order and place your items on back-order or cancel your order. When stock runs out, expect a two month wait time.
We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
